Scientists or research teams from universities and other non-commercial scientific institutions are eligible to apply. Joint applications from groups of scientists intending to share the award are also accepted.
The award recognizes a prototype or full-scale product developed from scientifically validated research and produced within the two years preceding the application deadline.

Criteria For Selection:
This award recognizes outstanding oral presentations that demonstrate clarity and conciseness of ideas, as well as information that is accurate, relevant, objective, comprehensive, engaging, and suited to the audience and context. These presentations also reflect a high level of research depth.

This award recognizes outstanding poster presentations that feature a research topic or method not previously presented or published by others. Eligible posters should demonstrate a well-designed study with appropriate research methods capable of producing meaningful scientific insights, along with a thorough understanding of the research process and results. These presentations reflect a strong depth of research.

Registered students who are current members of either APSS/GA ((submit proof of membership/ Proof of membership-fee payment) and wish to present their scientific findings at the APSS 2026 Congress are eligible to apply for a travel grant. Researchers aged 40 years or younger may apply.
