It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants, is required to register.

Zuplex Botanicals Zuplex Botanicals is a developer and manufacturer of botanical extracts, specialising in African indigenous botanicals- for the cosmetic, functional foods and beverages, and nutraceutical sectors. Delegates will visit the Zuplex production facility, see some of its products, and have the opportunity to engage with members of the Zuplex team. Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
When processing your payment by bank draft please allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges otherwise these will be reflected in as short payment and shows as a balance on your account.
The final date for bank transfers is the 13 October 2026. Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to info@apss2026.org.za and use APSS and your surname as a reference.

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of R500.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before the 01st September 2026.
Please note that no refunds for cancellations after the 01st September 2026. Only name changes will be accepted.
